My Progress & Transformations!

I truly believed after having kids I was meant to have a few (or more) extra pounds on me, this is what happens, it's normal! When I tried, I couldn't make it to the gym on time and I was just tired, so I didn't go. I was throwing in the towel before giving myself a chance... but let me stress, you do NOT have to give up on yourself!


One thing that I have learned from changing my life style is making a small amount of time every day a priority to work on YOU, because it can transform your body and mind! Now, I am stronger and I have more energy so I can offer more of myself to help others- And there is NOT a price you can put on that!


Gain your body, energy, and life back!! You deserve it!

My First Program ChaLean Extreme:



After I completed ChaLean Extreme I decided to continue the Lean series, and then randomly try some Turbo Fire, Brazilian Butt Lift and P90x workouts.  After about a year of doing that, I had kept my weight off by following the healthy eating guidelines and learning to eat clean. I was thrilled because I do NOT spend all day in the gym, I run a household, business, and am available for my kids! Working out 30 minutes to 1 hour a day, and eating healthy.

At that point I decided I needed to recommit to another program, and challenge my body some more, so I chose Insanity! Unfortunately I was half way through the program and was in a car accident, so I had to stop, but here are my 30 day results. I was losing weight in my waist, slimming down, and my muscles were getting more defined!  


To this date, I am still healing and learning to workout and manage my neck and lower back injury and remain fit!  Yes I was frustrated I couldn't run, jump and lift weights as I could, and yes I wanted to have a pity party- I might have snuck one or two of those in, but I decided that was NOT me. Through this I learned to listen to my body more and have patience through it all and during my recovery I slowed down and began walking and practicing yoga while continuing to eat healthy and drink Shakeology.



This past spring a new program debuted: The 21 Day Fix.  It really focuses on your nutrition, but with a simple meal plan, listing foods you CAN eat and gives you containers to perfectly portion out each meal, alongside a food guide! I had definitely relaxed on my portion sizes so I decided it was time to kick it up a notch and give it a try! This program has a workout everyday, and at that time I wasn't able to do them all yet. So I did one or two workouts a week with walking and sticking to the meal plan.  I lost 2.5 inches in my waist by doing this ALONE, and was shocked when I read the measurements!  Here are my results:



Your physical health and fitness is a journey, you never know what road block, twist or positive turn may lie ahead. So don't stop pushing yourself and trying every day because one day you will wake up and realize you have achieved the goals you only dreamed about. Just remember it takes time, commitment and consistency to reach the goals you want, and with determination and support you can do it too!
